01How long does delivery take?
UK orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 2–4 business days. We also offer next-day delivery at checkout.
02Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. International delivery typically takes 5–14 business days depending on the destination. Customs duties may apply.
03What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Contact us to start a return — we'll provide a prepaid label for UK orders.
04Are DeckSentry toploaders compatible with grading submissions?
Absolutely. Our toploaders meet the standards expected by PSA, BGS, and CGC. Many of our customers use them specifically for protecting cards before and during grading submissions.
05What card sizes do your toploaders fit?
Our standard 35pt toploaders fit all standard-size trading cards including Pokemon, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, One Piece TCG, and more. We're expanding our range to include thicker point sizes soon.
06My order arrived damaged — what do I do?
We're sorry to hear that. Please email us at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the damage within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement at no extra cost.
